In 1987, American Honda xb commissioned DC Sports scion  to develop a  for SCCA-prepped CRXs. What culminated was our first 4-into-1 headers design, headers and it was so well received that Honda requested  for other applications. That system (HHC5002) is the one that stared it all. DC Sports 4-into-1 headers are available in T-304-stainless steel, and in mild steel with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. Once our mild-steel systems are completed in manufacturing, headers they are subjected to a thermal xb degrease and a preliminary sandblast to prepare the header s surface for coating adhesion headers .  

4-into-1 Header Key Features:

K-Series Bifurcation: The DC Sports bifurcation is xb found in headers headers In the case of Honda�s K-motor, adjacent firing pulses from header pipes in close proximity xb can cause contamination in the xb cylinder chambers and negatively affect performance. The bifurcated design in our K-Series collector prevents headers this by helping separate the firing pulses for cleaner burning cylinders and more power headers.

Trapezoidal Merge Collector: headers xb Our merge collector on our 4-into-1 systems xb features a unique trapezoidal xb design that is proven to efficiently expedite xb gas flow by virtually eliminating turbulence.
